Conditions
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they remain completely unused, unwashed, and in their pristine original retail packaging with every factory tamper-evident seal, adhesive sticker, and plastic wrap unbroken. Due to strict United Kingdom public health and personal hygiene regulations, intimate wellness accessories and topical cosmetic formulations cannot be accepted for refund if opened.
In accordance with Regulation 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, goods sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, including intimate accessories, topical lubricants, and body balms, are strictly excluded from the statutory right of cancellation once their hygiene seal, cellophane wrap, or tamper-resistant packaging has been opened after receipt.

Arranging your return
- Initiate the return by emailing [email protected] with your order identifier and rationale for return.
- Obtain an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with our UK warehouse returns destination.
- Package the unused goods securely in their original outer carton, maintaining all hygiene seals completely intact.
- Undergo warehouse intake inspection followed by refund disbursement via bank transfer within 3-10 business days of product verification.

Who pays return shipping
If a piece arrives damaged, flawed, or incorrect, the cost is on us: we will provide a prepaid postage label or book a courier pickup. If you simply decided against keeping it, return postage is down to you, with no hidden restocking fees.

Refund timing and method
We process your payout within 3 working days once the item passes check-in. Deliveries paid upon arrival are refunded via direct bank transfer to your chosen account; bank transfer payments go straight back to source. Banks normally credit the balance in 1 to 5 working days.

Exchanges
If you would like a different tool, size, or oil blend, send the original piece back using our return guide and order anew online. We will reimburse the returned goods as soon as they reach our workshop. If the swap is required because of our error, shipping for the new parcel is on us.

Cancelling an order
You can cancel your purchase without charge before it leaves our premises. Send your order reference to [email protected]. Once a parcel has left Arundel Street, our standard return terms apply.
