The goods

Intimate personal care items, sensory body massage oils, topical comfort cosmetics, and body-safe rechargeable wellness lifestyle devices intended exclusively for personal sensory relaxation and adult comfort. Each shop listing specifies packaging contents, volume, and material properties. Images serve as visual guides; box presentation may vary slightly.

Ordering and contract

A purchase is submitted once checkout is finalised. We acknowledge it by email, though the sales agreement formally takes effect when items leave for delivery. We reserve the right to decline orders should inventory run dry or customer information fail verification, issuing a prompt reimbursement in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are quoted in GBP and include statutory VAT where due. Shipping fees appear clearly at checkout prior to final payment. We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an obvious pricing blunder occurs, we may amend it prior to dispatch and invite you to confirm the revised price or cancel.

Delivery

Postage choices, turnaround windows and parcel rates are detailed on our Delivery & Payment page. Responsibility transfers to your hands once parcels are handed over.

Product images and colours

Our photographs capture the actual body care batches and tools leaving our bench. Tones viewed on a screen depend on your monitor, browser and room lighting; slight variations in hue are not faults and cannot qualify for free returns or compensation. Measurements, ingredients and piece counts are noted alongside each piece.

Transfer of risk

Every parcel remains our concern until the courier passes it to your doorstep or to your designated contact at the chosen address. At that point, risk of loss or harm becomes yours. Clear package damage during transit should be recorded with the driver and flagged to our workshop within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

Unused items in original wrap may be returned within 30 days of arrival, as set out in our Returns guidance. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all non-cosmetic rechargeable wellness accessories are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from delivery. This statutory protection covers internal electrical or component failure when maintained in line with user guidelines, excluding normal aesthetic wear, water damage beyond rated specifications, or customer misuse.

• Customized, engraved or personalized wellness goods manufactured to customer specifications.
• Perishable organic formulations, natural botanical balms, or items with an expiry window under three months.
• Intimate wellness devices, body accessories, and cosmetic lotions once the hygiene foil, safety seal, or vacuum wrap has been broken or tampered with following delivery, pursuant to Regulation 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• Items that have been inseparably mixed with other goods or liquids after delivery.
• Digital guides, downloadable wellness publications, or software media unsealed by the customer after receipt.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, the total liability of Kindred Form Ltd for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the consumer for the specific item in dispute, or £75.00, whichever amount is greater. Nothing within these conditions overrides consumer protections that statute does not permit us to set aside.

Age and use

You have to be at least 18 to make a purchase with us. Formulas and tools should be enjoyed only as guided on their cartons; they never replace guidance from a medical practitioner.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and any separate agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the courts of the United Kingdom. If a matter cannot be settled over a straightforward conversation, it falls under the jurisdiction of the court covering our registered premises, without touching your statutory protections where you live.
