Delivery times count working days after leaving us. More isolated rural routes may add 1-2 days to the journey.
Orders made before 14:30 on a working day leave our bench that day. Orders submitted after the cut-off, during weekends or on bank holidays go out the next working day. A confirmation email with your order reference reaches you as soon as you place your order.
Every order is packaged in completely unmarked, plain, recyclable brown cardboard boxes with tamper-evident security tape and shock-absorbent internal padding. The shipping label contains only return logistics information without any brand reference or indication of parcel contents, safeguarding your privacy.
Once your parcel is scanned by the courier, an automated dispatch notification is sent via email or SMS containing your unique tracking number and direct tracking link to follow your parcel progress.
Should your parcel tracking stall for 5 working days, drop us a line at [email protected] with your order reference. We will ask the carrier for an immediate search and either dispatch a fresh parcel or return your money in full, as you prefer, within 10 working days of your note.
Inspect the exterior parcel upon arrival with the courier. If transit damage has compromised the product packaging, take clear photographs of the outer carton and contents, and email [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt so our compliance team can arrange an immediate replacement.
Accepted payment options include Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Our workshop will never ask for your card numbers or banking log-ins over the phone or by email.
We post parcels to selected countries. Postage rates and delivery estimates for each region are set out at checkout before you commit. Any local customs duties or import charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.
